Boys Pre-Season Meeting
This notice is relevant to all Boys involved in Warwickshire Teams or coaching, their parents / guardians, and all Junior Organisers or Secretary/Managers form our Clubs....
On the 28th February, we would be delighted if you can join us at The West Midlands Golf Club for the 2017 County Boys Pre-Season evening.
The evening will start from 7pm and will be in a different format to previous years with presentations from our committee and then discussion groups commencing from 7.30pm
We have an exciting agenda as we look to launch the 2017 season as a new-beginning for the Boys team.
This includes -
• An opening from our President and an outline of what can you expect in 2017 and beyond.
• Introduction to Team Warwickshire junior captains 2017.
• Insight into the process in arranging the fixtures, highlighting key events to play as well as a copy of the 2017 fixture list.
• A description of the coaching activity, what we have invested in and what we want you to be a part of.
• An opportunity to ask questions. Many of the WUGC Board members, junior organisers from our clubs, team management and our coaches will be in attendance throughout the Evening.
• Followed by an informal discussion with your team manager and team mates.

2 If you are a player and Under 18 please visit the website using this link and complete the Player Consent form. A 2017 directive requires that EVERY player must have completed a Consent form prior to playing in any of our events, matches or coaching. This has to be done only once a year - so please get it done early.
Tea/ Coffee will be provided throughout the evening. The main bar will also be available if you wish to purchase other drinks.
