On a bright sunny, but chilly day, the second team gathered to play Staffordshire second team at Moor Hall Golf Club. This match was arranged for 14+ handicap ladies, so we were up against it when we were faced with players in the 10 – 20 range in the Staffs side.
However, playing 4bbb there were some very close matches and it was very pleasing to record wins for Sarah PRIESTMAN and Cath HOARE, and Chris MELEN and Cath MIDGLEY. Everyone enjoyed the course and the excellent meal.
The result was a LOSS 2 – 6.
