LEICESTERSHIRE 11 v WVLGA 11 on 6th June 2022 @ THE LEICESTERSHIRE Golf Club
Another fine day for a match. The Leicestershire is a fine parkland course and not too long a journey for most of us.
We had a lot of last-minute substitutions, but all turned out well as WVLGA won 4 1/2 to 3 1/2 with 3 halves, 3 wins and 2 losses.
We played 4bbb with shots and as we had some low handicapers in our team there were a lot of shots given!
Congratulations to Jenny Arnold who received her colours.
It was also great to see Sarah Bush still talking to her sister from Leicestershire after the match!
Sandra Roberts, Leicestershire captain was a great host and very organised.
