This is a 18 Hole Gross Stroke Play competition playing for the North Warwickshire Salver.

It incorporates the John Jewsbury Cup for the Boys Under 12's Championship.

Age and handicaps limits (as specified in the competition 'Rules') will apply.

Entry Fee £20 (includes lunch)

(Note: competitors under the age of 12 are automatically eligible to participate in the Boys under 14's Championship at no additional cost)

PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to play in this event you must have completed a parental consent form for the current year.

If you have not completed and submitted a form please click PARENTAL CONSENT and complete before entering.

In the event of a player having to withdraw after the closing date, the entry fee will not be refunded. If a player is balloted and subsequently does not play the entry fee will be refunded.
