WLCGA Player Potential Form 2025
Warwickshire Captain and 2nd Team Captain would like to have details of your lady members with Handicap Indexes of 12.4 and under who wish to be considered to play for the respective County Teams, including names of any players previously submitted.
Please also submit a form for each junior lady member who is under 18 years of age on 1 January 2025 including those with or without handicaps.
