WLCGA Player Potential Form
The Warwickshire Team Captain would like to have details of your lady and junior girl members with Handicap Indexes of 14.0 and under who wish to be considered to play for the respective County Teams i.e. First, Seconds and Girls.
Please also submit a form for each junior lady member who is under 18 years of age on 1 January 2025 including those with or without handicaps.
