In this the final competition of 2013, Past Lady Captains from throughout Warwickshire Golf Clubs competed for the Rene Greey Trophy. The venue was Moor Hall Golf Club with the Competition being played today, Monday 7th October. The golf course was in great condition for early Autumn, with fast running greens that were very true.
The competition was Foursomes Stableford, with half the combined handicaps for each pairing. Warmish dry weather throughout the day made playing conditions extremely good and all the competitors were welcomed back into the clubhouse with a very tasty meal.
Prizes, once again were donated by Rudell the Jewellers and the winners were delighted to receive very stylish vases as prizes. Our thanks go once again to Rudells as the County are delighted to have their continued sponsorship.
