Fun at Nailcote Hall!
A 3 Ball Alliance was played in dodgy weather at Nailcote Hall on Sunday 19th October!
The 1st & 2nd team captains & vice-captains got together & arranged to play a fun 18 holes of golf on the par 3 course.
The format was a 3 ball alliance drawing 1 team member from each of the following groups - 1st team players, 2nd team/Seniors & juniors/ young adults.
We were lucky to be able to book a shotgun start and all went well for the first 6 or 7 holes and then the heavens burst!
However, the brollies were raised, the players persevered & showed great team spirit. Warwickshire are building a great squad of friendly but always competitive players.
The winners were Arianna Virik, Abi Mortimer-Lane & Hilary Dixon. Congratulations to them!
Everyone enjoyed a delicious lunch after the competition.
