WLCGA APPOINT NEW ADMINISTRATOR
WLCGA is delighted to announce the appointment of Mary Childs as its new administrator who will be actively working in the post from January 2021.
Mary, who is a retired optician and lives in Kenilworth, brings extensive secretarial and administrative experience to the Association having worked in a cross section of environments including the medical, financial and property sectors and is currently involved on a part-time basis at Aston University in a tutoring role.
From a golfing perspective Mary is relatively new to the game, but has been playing her golf at The Warwickshire over the last five years, gaining her handicap two years ago, and has served on the Competitions Committee.
Of particular interest and merit, Mary qualified as a Level 2 Rules Official earlier this year with distinction and has started her new vocation as a Golf Referee, which is another welcome asset she brings to WLCGA.
