Warwickshire Golf Awards III

A record number of 218 tickets were sold to attend the third Warwickshire Golf Awards held at The Crowne Plaza Hotel on Friday, November 29th, 2019.

After welcoming speeches from County Presidents Anne Parry and Graham Barton, those present enjoyed a three course meal and were entertained by MC Geoff Swain.

The atmosphere was fantastic with Clubs really getting behind their nominees throughout the awards and it was clear what the awards meant to the winners who were all enthusiastically applauded onto the stage.

Our award winners were as follows;

	Club Secretary / Manager Award: Aneil Chauhan (Stonebridge) sponsored by Intelligent Golf
	Greenkeeper Award: Jason Cooper (Leamington & County) sponsored by Exposure Analytics
	Golf Professional Award: Cameron Clark (Moor Hall) sponsored by Aspi Specialist Cars
	Junior Organiser Award: Eileen Sadler (Coventry) sponsored by Providence Engraving
	Unsung Hero Award: Jane Colley (Ladbrook Park) sponsored by Infrasys Ltd

Along with Club awards there were the following County Awards presented on the night;

	Boys Under 16 Midland League Champions
	Ladies County Player of the Year: Lisa Barton (Coventry)
	Boys County Order of Merit: Rocco Luca (Coventry)
	Mens County Order of Merit: 2018 - Joe Macilwraith (Olton) 2019 - Rhys Wallace (Handsworth)
	Recognition for services to the County: Elizabeth Earnshaw (Ladbrook Park) Phil and Denise Croft (Rugby)
	Midland Colours: Lewis Phillips (Coventry)
