The national campaign to get more people golfing.

Run by England Golf and supported by Sport England National Lottery Funding, it is delivered locally by golf clubs and PGA professionals.

Through its network of 33 County Golf Partnerships England Golf works with golf clubs and PGA professional to offers taster sessions, beginner courses along with follow-on activities and memberships

All sessions are run by PGA professionals in a fun and relaxed environment.  Equipment will be provided so all you have to do is book and turn up on the day in comfortable clothing.

Golf is an excellent cardiovascular exercise with a round of golf equating to 12,000 steps or a 45 minute workout. It is also a low impact option improving flexibility, strength and overall fitness.

Golf is a great way to reduce stress levels and strengthen mental health. It is a fantastic social activity and a great way to meet new friends.
