The nomination process is quite simple, if you believe you know someone who deserves to be recognised for their dedication and good work they do at a Club in Warwickshire then please complete the form below. All nominations will then be shortlisted to the Final 3 who will be invited to the Awards dinner where the Winner will be announced.

We do have a basic criteria to be met for any nominations;

This Award recognises and rewards outstanding contribution by an individual at the grassroots level of Warwickshire golf.

You may nominate people who on a voluntary basis work behind the scenes so that golf can be played and enjoyed by the broadest possible cross section of the public.

The number of years a nominee has been involved in golf organisation, the amount of time given each week, what they do, how it has improved people's enjoyment of golf and what being involved has meant to their local community will all be taken into consideration.

The nominations for this award will close on 1st October 2019.
