ENTRY FORM 2026
Clubs affiliated to WLCGA may enter one team into the Team Championship. All team members must be members of the club they represent and hold a Handicap Index.
Each team shall consist of five players who will play in a Medal play competition over 18 holes.
The team scores will be the aggregate of the four lowest scores. In the event of a tie the discarded score shall be included in the team score.
The Chipman Cup will be awarded to the club returning the lowest gross team score. The Daisy Hartill Cup will be awarded to the club returning the lowest net team score.
Clubs must nominate a team of five players and two reserves.
Handicap Index Limit: 30.4 on date of entry
Entry fee: £125.00 per team to be paid online by credit or debit card
