WLCGA arranges at least two meetings for Club Delegates of affiliated Clubs each year.  The meetings provide an opportunity for Club Delegates to receive and discuss information relating to England Golf and the County Association.  The meetings also provide an opportunity for Club Delegates to raise and discuss concerns of their club members on all golfing matters.

A Joint Meeting of Club Delegates and Handicap Secretaries is normally held at the beginning of each year.

A Joint Meeting of Club Delegates and Handicap Secretaries will be held on Saturday, 28th March 2020 at 10.30 am at Shirley Golf Club.

The above meeting has been cancelled in view of the  government advice due to the escalating threat posed by Covid-19.  Club Handicap Secretaries and Club Delegates have been contacted with up to date information on Safeguarding and the World Handicap System.
