Friday 14th September was the final match for the 'Tri Counties Glass Lady' trophy (presented by Sylvia Evans in 1999) and was played at the Worcester Golf and Country Club. It was blustery day and the greens were fast but true.
There were wins for Angela DAWSON & Bev BELCHER, Marilyn FIELDING & Di McCORMICK, Liz MOVERLEY & Caroline LASSEN, and Jane BETTS & Val BARKER.
The result was a WIN 5 1/2 to 2 1/2 and WARWICKSHIRE were the overall Trophy winners for 2012.
The Final results for the Tri Counties matches were:
Staffordshire 1/2. Worcestershire 1, and Warwickshire 1 1/2.
