WVLGA 1 v Leicestershire l at The Warwickshire GC on Wed 19th June 2021
My captaincy finally got underway with our first match since 2019.
The Warwickshire proved to be especially long in the wind and rain, but luckily interspersed with glorious sunshine. Four players made their Vets debuts
(Dawn Hooper, Karen Towell, Jackie Atkin and Teresa Wright). What a start to the season, we won the match 5-3. Well played everyone.
