Motorway holdups caused some players to arrive with just minutes to spare - but this wasn't going to distract the Warwickshire players from their winning ways.
On a beautiful summer's day although very hot, the Warwickshire ladies were mainly invincible and even the wooley greens could not stop the putts from dropping in.
A convincing win 5 1/2 to 2 1/2
