CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND PLAY

Conditions of Entry:

This tournament is funded by The Warwickshire Union of Golf Clubs and, for the second year, is very kindly supported by The Marriott Forest of Arden Golf & County Club.

The following conditions of entry apply:

1. Entry to this event should be submitted by the players Club Secretary and is open ONLY to the current years Men’s Club Champion of each club affiliated to the Warwickshire Golf Union. No substitutes are permitted.
2. A copy of the Final results from the Club Championship must accompany each entry nomination.
3. The tournament will consist of 18 holes of Strokeplay and will be a qualifying event for handicap purposes
4. There is no entry fee for this event and tea/coffee plus a bacon roll will be provided all players on arrival.

 Prizes:

1. Vouchers will be awarded to at least Champion and 2nd place at the conclusion of play. Further vouchers will be awarded
   dependant on entries and at the descreation of WUGC Ltd.
   

Rules of Golf Applicable:

             The Competition will be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the Royal and Ancient
              Golf Club of St. Andrews, and as supplemented by Local Rules.
               Note: The use of Distance Measuring Devices which conform with the current Rules of Golf is allowed.

Resolution of Issues:

               Any questions arising as to Entry Qualifications, Rules of Golf, Resolution of Exceptional Ties or any other
               points will be considered by the Championship Committee whose decision will be final.  The Committee
               reserve the right to limit the number of entries.
