GILL THORPE IS NEW CAPTAIN OF THE VETS
At the recent AGM of the Warwickshire Veteran Ladies' Golf Association held at Stratford Oaks GC, Gill THORPE was handed over the badge of office for Lady Captain from outgoing Captain, Pat HAWTHORN. Gill, who is a member of Leamington & County Golf Club said she was delighted to be Captain and looked forward to meeting up with many old and new friends of the Association during her year of office. Gill is also on the main committee of the Warwickshire Ladies, where she is one of the team of Golf Course raters - she is in for a very busy year!
