WVLGA v Northamptonshire County Vets at Cold Ashby Golf Club on Monday 3rd July 2023
The hills and slopes of Cold Ashby made Feldon Valley [where we played our previous match] look flat and as the match was played on a very windy day it was certainly challenging for everybody.
The matches were very close, 5 going to the last hole, unfortunately Warwickshire lost 6-1
Northants were gracious hosts and we enjoyed a much needed meal after the match.
Thanks to the Warwickshire team for their sterling efforts.
