A rainy and cold day at Moor Hall... Winter's here!!
As the Seniors could only field 10 players, Rob Soen, Captain and I decided to play a mixed Betterball Stableford, instead of the usual match play against the Men.
The atmosphere was tense as we announced the pairings and us ladies considered it a great privilege to partner some very low handicappers.
The day weas won with 42 poiunts, a score shared with 2 other teams, however with a better Back 9 our President Val Barker and her partner Captaion Rob Soen, won a bottle of win each.
Moor Hall looked after us very well serving a delicious meal and the day was enjoyed by all
