On a clear sunny day a team of 8 players representing the Warwickshire Vets played a strong Warwickshire 2nd team. The course played very long after the recent wet weather and despite there being little difference in handicaps the younger side coped with the conditions better with the result that they had a decisive victory, 4 games to 0
