WVLGA 1 v Worcestershire & Herefordshire 1 at Redditch Golf Club on Friday 1st September
The final scratch match of the year was played at Redditch Golf Club against Worcs/Hereford 1. For once the weather was warm and sunny although the course played it’s full length with one or two daunting tee shots to lush, tree lined fairways.
Most of the games were close but once again Warwickshire came off second best, losing the match 6-2.
